Family Jewels comes with eight button cell batteries. Use only four batteries each time (there are four extra). To insert the batteries, remove the black cap at the bottom of the bullet vibrator. The batteries should be put in with the smooth side (negative end [-]) down, and the side with the writing (positive end [+]) up. After inserting the batteries into the bullet, slide the bullet into the sleeve of the c-ring.

To use Family Jewels, thoroughly lubricate the penis and testicles with Whipped or Lickity Stiff and slide the c-ring to the base of the penis with the nubbies facing away from the male partner. The penis should go inside the smaller ring. Once at the base of the penis, pull the larger ring around the testicles (if the male partner wants this added stimulation).

To turn on Family Jewels, turn the dial on the base of the small vibrator clockwise. Turning the dial more or less will navigate through the speeds (low to high). To turn off the product, turn the dial counterclockwise until it shuts off.
