Returns can only be made for defective products within 30 days from the invoice date. The defective item must be returned in its original packaging, including batteries and accessories. Defective items can only be exchanged for duplicate items. No credits will be issued.

Returns must include the invoice with the defective product circled. Returns will not be accepted if an RMA number is not prominently displayed on the exterior of the packaging containing the defective item. To obtain an RMA number, please call 1-866-ROMANCE. A Customer Care Representative will give you an RMA number to display on your return package. Packages without RMA numbers on the exterior will be returned to sender.
